Biography

Ciara is a member of the Patent Department.

She joined the firm in 2014 and handles complex patent matters pertaining to the areas of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.

Ciara studied her undergraduate degree at Trinity College Dublin, where she obtained an honors degree in Human Genetics. Then, she went on to complete her M.Sc. at University College London, specializing in molecular genetics. Prior to entering Calderon & de la Sierra, she carried out research for her Ph.D. at the Medical University of Vienna, with a focus on hematological malignancies.
