Biography
Jimena Magallón, graduated with a degree in Law from the Incarnate Word University in 2015, Specialist in Business Law with honors from the Universidad Panamericana in 2018 and master’s in business law from the Universidad Anáhuac in 2023.
She began her development in the field of work within a prestigious firm focusing on the analysis of the different needs of companies in the legal field, carrying out labor strategies, preparation of contracts and procedures in the IMPI, SEMARNAT, COFEPRIS, IMSS, INDAUTOR and National Institute of Migration.
Prior to Jimena's incorporation into the firm, an important part of her experience was the field of entertainment, copyright and industrial property. With more than 10 years of experience, she has taught courses to audiovisual production teams to avoid risks in the material and analyze the viability of uses in the content of different platforms and COT. Complementing their training and development with courses taught by the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property and the Diploma in Intellectual Property taught by the Anahuac University.
